    The Plant-Based Nutrition course does not include any of Tia's surf-specific exercises, beach workouts, yoga flows, yoga moves, or flexibility tips. But you can save 10% by purchasing her bundle.

    Tia Blanco is a professional surfer and vegan athlete currently competing on the Women's World Qualifying Series. Born in Puerto Rico, Blanco spent her early teen years in Hawaii and now resides in Southern California. Tia is an ISA World Champion and a recognized force in the future of women’s surfing. World Title battles are in Tia's future plans, so, like most intentions she sets, chances are good she'll realize them.
