What is Surf Style Training?

Surf Style Training is a program focused on five key attributes of a professional surfer: core strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, and agility. Delivered in a way that is easily accessible for all levels of fitness. 

Who is it for?

Surf Style Training online is being used all over the world. By beginner and intermediate surfers - all the way through to well-known pros. The versatile nature of the program means you can build your surfing strength from the comfort of your own home, no matter your skill level.

How can it help you?

This program helps to condition your body for what’s required of you out in the surf, so you can make the most of every single session. Paddle longer, surf faster, respond quicker, move better. See how good it feels to be prepared for pumping surf.

What’s actually in the program?

I’ve curated 12 of my favorite workouts and put them into a tailored 3-month surf fitness and recovery program. The course organizes these 12 workouts over a 12-week period that includes two to three custom workouts that should be supplemented with your own surf or running regimen each week. The course also includes an outlined Health Plan, Monthly Planner, Active Stretch sequences, and daily homework, so you can maximize your results. You can view the full 12-week curriculum below.

What do I need for the workouts?

Most of the workouts require only your body; however, some benefit from and integrate props. Here are a few that will be helpful and you can always substitute or improvise:  3-,  5-, or 10-lb. dumb bells or water bottles, bosu ball, wobble disc, fitball, medicine ball, and Indo Board.

How long do I have access?

As long as you want it! Lifetime access.
