In this course, professional surfer and plant-based athlete Tia Blanco shares her philosophy on fitness as her favorite surf-specific beach workouts, core exercises, yoga moves, and yoga flows. Blanco also shares insights and inspiration from her experience as an entrepreneur.

In this course, Tia shares six yoga lessons, including nine variations of her favorite surf-specific yoga moves and two yoga flows. She shares six video lessons for surf-focused beach and core workouts as well as a static stretch routine. She also shares seven of her favorite plant-based recipes.

There are 7 downloadable .pdfs as well, so you can take Tia's workouts, stretches, and yoga tips with you anywhere.

What do I need for this course?

You will need an internet connection to access the course. For the exercises and yoga, a yoga mat would be helpful, and one routine also includes a jump rope. You'll also need patience and commitment to make progress in improving your fitness and flexibility.

What doesn't the course cover?

You will not learn how to become a yoga instructor. That's something different entirely. Tia's curriculum includes an entry point to surf-specific yoga and requires follow-through with trained yogis in order to make strides. The Fitness and Yoga Program also does not include any of Tia's recipes and plant-based food tips.

How long do I have access to the course?

About Tia Blanco

Tia Blanco is a professional surfer and vegan athlete currently competing on the Women's World Qualifying Series. Born in Puerto Rico, Blanco spent her early teen years in Hawaii and now resides in Southern California. Tia is an ISA World Champion and a recognized force in the future of women’s surfing. World Title battles are in Tia's future plans, so, like most intentions she sets, chances are good she'll realize them.
