I’ve curated 12 of my favorite workouts and put them into a tailored 3-month surf fitness and recovery program. The course organizes these 12 workouts over a 12-week period that includes two to three custom workouts that should be supplemented with your own surf or running regimen each week. Most of the workouts require only your body; however, some benefit from and integrate props. Here are a few that will be helpful and you can always substitute or improvise:  3-,  5-, or 10-lb. dumb bells or water bottles, bosu ball, wobble disc, fitball, medicine ball, and Indo Board.
